How is the Thrive Journal different from other notebooks and planners?

I purchased one of the higher tiers. Do I still get the PDF version?

Absolutely! The PDF version will be sent out after the campaign closes to every single backer, irrespective of the tier they pledged for.

Will other colors be available?

Additional colors may be a possibility for stretch goals. The main focus at the moment is getting funded, of course. But I will be happy to explore other color option(s) later down the line, once the campaign reaches set milestones.

What are the shipping costs?

International shipping starts from $8 only as I’m shipping your Thrive Journal directly from the manufacturer. The great news is that this can save up to 30 days in delivery time, so I can get the journal into your hands ASAP. Check the reward tiers to see the exact shipping cost for your country.

How many weeks does the Thrive Journal cover?

The Thrive Journal covers 12 weeks. This timeline is long enough for you to see profound progress, but short enough that you will no longer procrastinate in achieving your wellness goals.

How do I change my pledge amount?

https://youtu.be/LRcQJswRAsY Click the blue “Manage” button that appears next to your pledge amount. Enter a new amount in the pledge amount box. Note that you are not adding to your existing pledge; the amount you enter will be the total amount collected if the project is successfully funded.

Will I have to pay duties/VAT on international orders?

Because I ship globally and duties/taxes are different in each country, I cannot retain additional duties/VAT in a manner that is accurate and/or fair for each backer. Any applicable duties/VAT are therefore the responsibility of each backer. If any duties are applicable, these may be charged at the time of receiving the package. To check whether or not there are duties/VAT charged at the time of receiving your reward, please contact your local post office.

Has anything changed since the final prototypes?

I’m glad you asked! The quote font on the daily spread has changed to something a little more subtle and sophisticated. The daily focus has also expanded to include daily affirmations. In addition, there may be some cosmetic changes regarding the exact fabric and colors chosen for the cover.

How do I access the PDFs?

Simply follow this link thrivejournals.com/share. Once you share the project, I’ll send you the weekly layout PDF as soon as possible. Plus, you’ll receive the full 256 page PDF version shortly after the campaign ends :)

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
