THIS JUST IN
You should have just received an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can, since this information will be used to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. You'll be able to provide shipping information and purchase add-on items if you like. So, check your email for the link to the survey!
After you respond, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before the survey is closed and we get the final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://thrivejournal.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://thrivejournal.backerkit.com/faq.
The BackerKit surveys will also be used to deliver the Thrive Journal digital copy. The PDF will be uploaded using BackerKit's digital download distribution, and pushed out next week. You'll receive a notification email, but I'll include it in an update as well :)
PRE-ORDERS
If you know anyone who didn't get a chance to order to order their Thrive Journal while the campaign was live, it's not too late! They can still reserve their copies by either following the link on the Kickstarter page, or by going to thrivejournals.com.
So please continue to spread the word with your family, friends, and colleagues to secure their pre-orders! And feel free to continue the conversation on Facebook and Instagram too.
